Our Technician was very friendly and did a good job. I would recommend him to clean any of my friends homes.

If I had to ask for Zerorez to improve on anything it is that the company should give their drivers more than 1 mask to wear through their work day. Even if they are using one of their own, they should have extras in case a strap/string breaks. Maybe Zerorez does not provide masks. If you don't you should not only to protect they workers but the customers.

The young man who cleaned my carpet was professional, friendly and worked diligently on a very large spot in my dining room. He advised that it would take abut 24 hours to dry and that was right on. The spot is still there but so much better.......

I love how friendly everyone is and how well the process and services are explained. There are never any surprises and even better they are very careful with everything they do while in your home. I love that the carpet was not only clean, but smelled wonderful and carpet was softer after.

I liked the pricing and that the cleaning was chemical free (good flyer and website covering your cleaning process). The technician was very professional and efficient. I appreciated his clear communication with details and suggestions (use of fans, slipping warning). He made sure I had the opportunity to ask questions too. I've already recommended your company and definitely my first choice in the future.

Was very impressed by how well the carpets came clean. Will use again in the future. I was very skeptical at first but watched a video on the company on how they clean carpets and ZEROREZ did not disappoint once they did my Parents carpets in their home. The stains came out and the carpets looked refreshed. Very happy with ZEROREZ

Appreciated quick response to services upon scheduling. In addition, with national health concern (covid) was happy to see workers wearing masks, gloves, and covers on their shoes while cleaning. Have used ZEROREZ in the past, would highly recommend to anyone who needs air ducts or carpets cleaned.
