Very impressed with every bit of my encounter with the Zerorez company. Always replied promptly to my inquirers. The prices were in line with or less than other carpet cleaning companies. Anthony was very clear (transparent) about the pricing, other options available (not pushy) and friendly. He and Jacob were careful, thorough, and completed the job quicker than I expected. We had issues with rust on the carpet from furniture that did not have blocks put under the frame and Zerorez immediately responded and came out and successfully removed those spots at no charge. They take great customer service seriously.
