One thing I could not figure out was tipping on the payment. I could only do a 20 dollar tip. I did not have cash and wanted to tip more but I was not able too.

I highly recommend zerorez! Our technician was very friendly and helpful. He explained why he was using what cleaning solutions on the different upholstery in our home and recommended a protective solution on our dining chairs and our white sectional. He was respectful and wore his mask the entire time. Very professional and got right to work. I will definitely have zerorez back for sure!
Once again, Zerorez comes through. I'm writing this the day after our service, and all the carpet is dry and looks amazing. Nick did an awesome job, let us know our options and suggested services that ultimately will likely mean we can skip a year (not easy with our dogs). Fast, courteous, effective, and knowledgeable. What more could you want?

This is the second time Zerorez cleaned my carpet. The first time they far exceeded my expectations and this time they met my raised expectations! Carpet is really clean with no odors.

Technicians that performed my duct cleaning were very respectful, knowledgeable and safe. They discussed optional upgrades with me that could improve my system, but did not ‘sell’ or pressure me to do anything more than I agreed to before they arrived.
Will consider them again for other needs as well.

Friendly, careful, quality job. At least for carpet cleaning services, the duck cleaning was good but the technician left a mess on my carpeted stairs. But whatever you do to train the carpet cleaning team, it's working!
