What do you like about our products and services?

After just having had our carpets cleaned, our dog had an unusual multiple-vomiting incident. The sales rep was able to work out a " customer loyalty " deal which got a service man back into our home to have the spots addressed. It still cost more than I was hoping to have to pay, but it seemed fair all around.
The service guy was very professional and did a nice job.
