Friendly, competent staff from scheduling appointments, verifying time of cleaning, and the tech who did the hard work. We had six rooms plus an area rug cleaned. Big job, no tough stains, excellent results. When one of the carpets buckled and became wavy, staff was reassuring and stated that if carpet remained buckled after drying the company would send people to stretch it. It dried and was perfectly fine. We are pleased.
