I was skeptical because our consumer grade cleaner has not gotten certain spots as clean as we would have liked. I didnt think there was that big of a difference between what i coul achieve with a consumer grade cleaner but i was wrong. The carpets look 5 years newer after getting cleaned by zerorez. Literally plan on throwing away our consumer cleaner because whats the point

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the first cleaning, but the company very readily sent out another technician. We already have recommended Ryan to several friends because he did an excellent job of representing the company and cleaning our carpets.
