the service rep that came to my house was EXCELLENT very helpful and professional was on time and went over the procedures with me in detail.

But my carpet had some dog stains and the traffic wear and the cleaning didn't really remove dirt.

Good customer service, arrived when expected. The tech was very professional and wore his mask. The carpets looked very clean and almost every stain came out. The carpet dried quickly. I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to others for carpet cleaning.
