I have white carpeting and also two large dogs and you get all of the dirt out. You leave the carpet soft, not hard and crunchy like other companies. The house and carpet smells good after you are finished. Your employees are very professional and polite. I love that you you refill the soot cleaner and deodorizer at no extra charge.

Though not every single spot came out, the carpet looked and felt soft and clean. Other carpet cleaners always felt stiff after drying. Our carpets were quite dirty especially the steps and the few spots that remained weren’t visible until it was dry.
Reginald was our tech and he was great. We enjoyed his attitude and he worked hard to give us the best result. I will strongly recommend your product to others.
