This is our first time using ZeroRez. My husband wanted to try it since he heard so much about it on TV. Setting up the appointment was easy and friendly. Brandon (I think that was his name) was on time, took a look around, explained the process, did a great job. It had been quite sometime since we had our carpets done so we weren't expecting miracles, but a great job was done. Price is right too!
The method was very efficient and the equipment pretty easy to get around the house.
Our tech, Mark, did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing and answered all of our questions. He left us videos to show what was done. He was very personable, courteous and left the areas clean and undisturbed.
We were very pleased with the duct cleaning. Andre and Patrick did an excellent job, They answered all our questions quickly and did not hesitant to explain what they were doing. We also had a Breathe Right installed and seems to be working well. Thanks for the great job.
