I was interested in the company originally because of the product they use (healthier for my family than other options), but was thrilled with the professional service we received from Tyler and Raphael. They were friendly and courteous, and didn't rush through the initial assessment, but took their time at the beginning to make sure we understood what they could and could not do with their services, and we truly felt that they were working with our best interests in mind, and not just trying to make a sale. (We decided to NOT do one of the pieces we'd considered because of their input!) A company that represents themselves this way is definitely going to get my repeat business because I know that they are more interested in doing their job right than just making money.

This was the best cleaning we have had. The carpet was damp for a few days but worth it. The tech was so determined and released track areas. His hard work paid off we are thrilled. Looks almost new. products are good, refreshing,I don't like what the coupon says and then you nickel and dime so the price is a lot higher, one way of getting people to sign up and get hooked...raising the prices during pandemic is another thing that bugs me...however the tech was good, so raising prices you should be able to give them a raise....good help is hard to find.
