Great Service and Stuff works

Dylan was very professional, friendly and detailed in his service. He explained the process and answered any questions I had.

Customer service was great. I was able to coordinate a reschedule with no hassle. The day of service the employee who came to clean our carpet gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 30 minutes away. He was very personable and went over some problem areas several times. He did a great job. I will use zerorez again.

This is the second time I've had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez because I was so pleased the first time. My carpets stayed cleaner longer than with other rug scrubbers. They also were softer to the touch. He was efficient, professional, and on time for our appointment. He suggested additional ways my carpet could dry faster so we could use the room sooner. I will always recommend Zerorez to friends.
