I like the professional job they did cleaning my carpet. The carpet was very wet for longer than the estimated 24 hour period but by day 2 and 3 it was pretty much dry. The carpet feels a little more rough than the area I didn't have cleaned which may be from the cleaning solution used on it possibly? I expect that to soften up as we walk on the carpet more.
The carpet is definitely clean! No traffic dirt is visible any longer.
