Nick, the technician was excellent. He called and arrived early. Explained thoroughly what he was going to do regarding the cleaning of the carpet. He was very conscientious and we are very pleased with his work and the appearance of the carpet.

Excellent results, fast service. Think it would be useful if the service person came equipped with gliders to put under furniture legs to facilitate moving furniture a bit to clean area under the item. I get that they have a 60# weight limit but I'm 80 and managed to shift it around with the use of the gliders.
