They were able to remove all of the odors from our new house! When we moved in, we were dealing with the typical unfamiliar odors of a new house that wouldn’t go away through our own efforts. On top of that, our cat was really stressed about the move and had peed on the carpets the first day or two until she adjusted. We were sure we were going to have to get new carpeting. All of those odors are completely gone now!

I love that you don't use harsh chemicals while still leaving the carpets feeling and smelling clean and fresh. I don't have to worry about what I'm exposing my dog and young child. Even when Ryan came back for a pad extraction, I didn't have to worry that my son was there and my dog sniffing it all out as he worked. Ryan was so kind, professional and thorough. He set expectations up front with the estimate and worked so quickly. I will definitely be asking for him again when I come back for more carpet cleaning! Thank you Ryan and Zerorez!!
