A big shout out to Curran ( Kieran, sorry if I murdered your name😬). He came to work on an area after a little flood in the bathroom. He was kind , friendly, a good listener, professional. He not only cleaned up the area but worked on a couple other areas I pointed out ( which previous Zerorez workers had worked on , and is given up on) and lightened them up significantly on my white carpet.
Zerorez has been our go to for many years, for routine cleaning and emergencies. Always happy !! Thank you!

Our tech Calvin was awesome, fast, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I didn’t think some of the spots on our carpets could be cleaned but he left them looking like new. (Now we’re thinking we’ll get our rent deposit back!)
Zerorez has kept my old carpet looking good for Many years! They always do a great job and are so pleasant to work with. The young man this time was especially nice.
The technician did a very good job but when he told me the price, it differed significantly from the order I placed and was given a price on the phone. That's not the tech. fault. Your phone reps. need to do a better job on their end. The tech. told me the basement was considered two rooms which I was never told before and you've done our house before. I ended up paying $100+ more than the phone rep. told me I'd pay. Your advertising is either false advertising or the tech. overcharged me. Either way, I'm unhappy about that. Again, the tech. did a good job cleaning the carpeting.
