I attempted to book online but the next available date was four days after my lease was up so I didn't book. Figured I'd rent a machine and do it myself. About an hour after I was online, I got a call from a representative asking if I needed assistance finishing the booking. When I explained my situation, the representative offered to see what she could do. She was able to schedule the exact day that I was hoping to book. The technician, Allen, was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. He did a great job and was quick!
