I feel that I got a good value on having one of my investment properties,a townhome over in Eden Prairie completely shampooed so decided to also do my personal home. Richie, the young technician was aware of the fact that a wool carpet had to be shampooed carefully, and in a different manner than other carpet and the job turned out beautiful when he was finished. Richie's nice personality and obviously the experience that he has made this a pleasant experience and I will not be hesitant to recommend ZEROREZ to other friends.
