Nick D was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Our carpets look great and I can no longer smell the cat urine from our basement carpet. The Bio-treatment did the trick.

The service technician was amazing! He was right on time and went above and beyond with informing me of all the able products and services that ZeroRez offers since I mentioned we are looking into replacing the flooring.
He also was the most professional technician I have had come to my home in a very a long time. He was very easy to speak with, approachable and friendly.
I will definitely continue to use ZeroRez for my cleaning and flooring needs.
