Very professional and efficient.
We received very good and on-time service. Our technician was friendly and skilled. We had only one issue. Because of the lighting in a short hallway, there was some inconsistency in the quality of the cleaning. It showed up in different lighting later that day. When I called to ask for a re-do on that area the next business day, ZEROREZ was able to schedule a time when the same technician could out to re-do that area that day. If not for that issue, I would have given a score of 10.

1. Ease of quotation: The quote was provided in 5min. No drama of I need to see your home etc. They took the measurements & gave a most accurate quote.
2. Pricing: The pricing was very competitive compared to other folks & most importantly final payment aligned with initial quote, no surprises, which surprised me & made my day (others gave a 200$ range for same measurements)
3.Execution: Josh came on time, was explaining what he was doing, what might not be cleaned 100% & why, what to expect post cleaning etc - loved the transparency & professionalism. He ensured the flooring was protected, the corners were protected, was extremely thorough.
