The man who came to clean the carpets was so nice and upbeat. Felt comfortable with him. Unable to remove a carpet stain from Protein malt, the rest of the carpet looks great.

The carpet cleaner was very professional… first thing he asked when he entered my home was a tour of the cleaning area and any concerns with stains, etc. I felt he was a “take charge” person and took pride in the service he performed. He listened to me when I asked about the service and when he was finished he asked again if there were any questions before he wrote up the bill.

Everything was just great. It was easy to make an appointment in a timely manner. The cleaning turned out just super. The employee gave us information on some future cleaning projects and the benefit of a different rug cushion for stand alone rugs. The employee was extremely easy to work with and we would love to work with him again.
