The employee had a professional and polite when he was working and when he spoke to my husband and I. They asked me if I was satisfied and they explained everything to me so that I understood. They also wore booties over their shoes to protect our flooring. We had Zerorez come out because our carpets were badly soiled and now the carpet looks amazing!

Quick and well done
Technician, Daryl T, was efficient, diligent and seemed to enjoy doing good work. He removed multiple stains from carpet and did a great job with the upholstered furniture despite many layers of cat hair.
Told us to exactly what they were going to do and the cost. Very neat and quick. Did great job.
This episode didn't work out for us because I believed that the rugs were not as clean and dry as they had been in the past, but the response to my complaint was over and above.
I don't know what caused the original problem but it was cleared up very well. An honest mistake somewhere along the line?

The technicians that did my cleaning were professional, asked appropriate questions, worked in a timely manner, and cleaned everything up before they left. I appreciated the fact that sI only had to wait 24 hours before I could use my furniture again, and actually, it felt dry enough so I could, in an emergency, have used it right away.
