The technician did a very good job but when he told me the price, it differed significantly from the order I placed and was given a price on the phone. That's not the tech. fault. Your phone reps. need to do a better job on their end. The tech. told me the basement was considered two rooms which I was never told before and you've done our house before. I ended up paying $100+ more than the phone rep. told me I'd pay. Your advertising is either false advertising or the tech. overcharged me. Either way, I'm unhappy about that. Again, the tech. did a good job cleaning the carpeting.

Always on time and at the beginning of the timeframe. The technicians are always fast and understanding. They listen to what you want and are able to give you realistic expectations and always do such amazing amazing job! There are a huge range of services that I plan on using next time, such as duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning.

He wasn't sure two large spots (coffee or a dog?!) would come out but he worked hard on them and they are totally gone. Nice guy and a very hard worker. He showed up after a very busy day at 5:30pm and was still in good spirits.

Very professional technicians. Also like that there’s no after smell. We had them out this time because we had a coffee spill. It didn’t completely come out but is lighter for sure. We were forewarned as coffee is very hard to get out!
