Zerorez has always been flexible in scheduling our yearly cleaning in a timely manner whether via phone or email. The customer service staff are professional and knowledgeable. If the technician is running late on the date of service, he always phones with an apology, reason for the delay, and an estimated arrival time. The finished result always receives compliments within our complex.

I liked being able to go online to check out the services, determine the cost and set an appointment that was convenient for me.
I appreciated that the reminder call came the day before so we had time to move things around in the rooms we were having cleaned.
I appreciated that the call from the cleaner ( Alex Colby) who told us the time to expect his arrival.

My carpets and stairs were Horribly dirty but Zeroez got them so nice and clean!!!
I had no hope they would come that clean.
My carpet is a light champagne beige so it really showed alot of traffic and to my amazement the cleaner tech did a knock out job!
They will be my "go to" cleaners from now on :)

I like that you offer the guarantee of coming back within 30 days if dirt comes through as it dries. Our carpets were pretty dirty the first time you came out so we did need you to come back again. The reps have always been polite and professional and efficient. Thanks!
