My cat had an accident on my carpet and after several attempts to clean it myself I couldn't get good results. Your technician listened carefully to my concerns and recommend treatment to the area. He did an excellent job cleaning the entire carpet and the problem spot. I also decided to get the fiber protection. Very happy with the results.

Our carpets and rug looked great and Jeremiah was efficient, professional, and very friendly! I will say our basement where we have our dogs play did not have the dog smell removed, it came back stronger after the first day sadly, but other than that an excellent experience!
