Communication before, during, and after services performed was outstanding.
Side note: When trying to set an appointment on-line (only) it tells you you will receive an email in 48 hours but does not actually allow you to schedule the service on-line. I should've just called to begin with.

The individuals who cleaned our carpet-Ryan and Dominick were fabulous. The carpet looked great and they went the extra mile. I had already referred someone to you the same day (7/12).
Zerorez cleaned my ducts and my furniture. Everything is very clean and my allergies have cleared up. A table and my kitchen island were damaged, but their great customer service manager, Tobias, hired a repair craftsman to fix everything. He did an amazing job and I enjoyed speaking with him and his work was immaculate!
