Wonderful job on our carpets. Fabulous technician who really worked hard to get out some “grand puppy” spots that we’ve had for quite a long time. Did an amazing job for us. I just wish I knew his name so I could request him next time! I know he told us but don’t remember it now. Such a personable young man and he was a pleasure to have in our home.
