We have found our carpet cleaning company going forward - Zerorez. Kenyon was our technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and willing to answer our questions about carpet "do's & don'ts" as he worked. He also was the technician to come out to recheck spots that appeared in the carpet after the first cleaning. Again, he was knowledgeable and friendly. We will be requesting Kenyon in the future.

They were able to find a gap in the schedule to fit the service in, and the technician (Darrel) was above on beyond about communicating arrival time and about what to expect from the service. ( kids and a pet in the house) so the carpets were pretty dirty.
But after all that , the carpets turned out amazing and better than I expected. I would highly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone.

We have used Zerorez to clean our carpets for years and they have always done a good job. I do find the level of quality depends on the person who actually does the work. Some have seemed in a hurry to get done while others took their time on problem areas.
