Every carpet cleaning engineer/tech from ZEROREZ has been incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. They're clear about pricing, services, what they can and cannot achieve, and they're very efficient in the home. They're generally successful in getting rid of stains and odors, and if they can't, it's not because they didn't try! I've used other carpet cleaning companies and once I tried ZEROREZ, I stuck with them because they've been the best by far.

The products are natural and pet friendly. The technician called as he was approaching our house. Upon arrival he introduced himself and we toured the area to be cleaned. He explained the entire process, the possibility some stains (from the dog) might be difficult. He offered options and we discussed them. He was efficient in his work and it was done in a timely manner. We are very pleased.

We had a fabulous experience with Zerorez. Our carpets look amazing and the technician was incredibly professional. He also was able to get out a spot of rubber cement that had been on our carpet for years. We were so shocked because we thought it would never come out. Thank you to Allen for the great job he did!

Great Services, very well knowledgeable, fast, and efficient! Tony came by and got our carpets done within two hours and even let us know which furniture, rugs we should move out of the way so it doesn't get ruined by the water. Would recommend it to other businesses!

Fast, efficient, professional service. He actually called to come earlier than appointment time which worked out great for me! Took care with furniture and made sure to complete a thorough walkthrough before and after cleaning. Carpet looks and smells great!!

Zerorez always does a really great job cleaning our carpets and making sure we are satisfied with the work they have done in our home. The scheduling is easy, and they always call the day of the appointment to provide me with an accurate arrival time. The technicians have always been polite, efficient, and professional. We always use Zerorez in our personal home and in the townhomes we use as rentals.
