I was very happy with my technician. He did a quick and thorough job. No attempt to upsell. He was honest with me as to what to expect in terms of results. Not all stains could be removed and he told me that up front.
My only complaint about the entire process is that I did not get notified 24 to 48 hours in advance as to the arrival time of my service. I had other appointments scheduled for this day, so not knowing arrival time in advance created a bit of anxiety.

Technician did a fabulous job. I had spots and pet urine in the carpet and he was able to remove them and the smell. He worked hard and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for carpet cleaning. Thank you.

Our carpet was a disaster. Lots of pet stains, and other kinds of stains, but after a zerorez cleaning it looks amazing, Also, Daryl, our cleaning technician, was professional, very informative, and efficient. Great experience. Will definitely use again.

Daryl was very respectful- wearing his mask and did not take offense when asked if he had been vaccinated. He educated, offered recommendations that I had never heard before to include ways to save money to keep my carpets clean. He arrived on time. He did a great job!

We just had all of our carpets cleaned yesterday and to say that we were satisfied does not do it justice. He did a marvelous job and we are very pleased.

Darrell, the service guy was very nice over the phone. He was running ahead of schedule and contacted me at work and asked if he could come over earlier. I actually never met him in person, but when I came home from work, everything looked so nice. He even put the end tables, coffee table, sofa table and cedar chest all back on the floor on top of plastic under the legs. He also cleaned the entry way, which I didn’t ask to do, but he went above and beyond. He did and excellent job and should be commended for this. I also left a $20 tip on the invoice and hopefully he will receive this.

Our technician did a great job and told us about what parts of our ductwork needed to be cleaned regularly. Our technician wore a mask (and shoe covers) throughout the process.
