The methods you use to clean carpets work very well. Our dog was sick on our carpet in several spots on our living room and dining room carpet. The technician worked very hard and was able to remove all the spots. our carpet looks as good as new!!

I dropped off two rugs at the St. Louis Park location. The service desk staff were kind, professional and clear about how they would be cleaning the rugs and when they would be ready for pick up. I appreciated their honesty.

Cleaners are always fast, polite, and know their business. Carpet comes out clean and stays clean longer.
