Everyone is very professional. Carpet cleaning performed has always been satisfactory. We had a particularly difficult stain that came back & Zerorez came back out & did a very good job of removing it.

I have been using zero Rez for years and have always been satisfied. The techs have always been very courteous and knowledgeable. I like 👍 that there is no residue. My carpet is at least 30 years old and always look 👀 new when clean.
Communication throughout was excellent.
So far, the enzyme treatment seems to have removed the strong smell.
