Dan is an excellent worker for Zerorez as he was a hard worker while he was here, he totally cleaned the extra dirty places and was professional and business like the entire time. He presented himself well when he arrived and when he finished, he asked me to look at the work he had cleaned and checked out in responsible manner. A very good employee. Ask for Dan Carpenter.

The guys were fabulous. Both very nice young men. It was one of the guys first day. He did an awesome job and had a great attitude. Our carpet in most rooms is 30 years old and not in the best of shape. Some rooms had never been cleaned. They did their best to get the stains out. I would totally use Zerorez again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

the technician was wonderful but when I tried to refill a bottle of cleaner I had bought (yes a couple yrs ago I was told it was not longer in use I did not know it expired) The other issue is it been over 24 hrs and the carpet is still wet I am not sure if that is normal last time I used zerorez is was dry in less than 24 hrs.i
