We have used Zerez over the years and have been extremely happy with the results. Our carpets look so nice. The 2 techs doing the cleaning were so great. They took their time. They explained everything and wanted to know our concerns about certain areas. I will continue to use this company. There cleaning was perfect and the staff was wonderful to work with.

Your staff is very professional and prompt. The benefits, options and limitations of the service provided where explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. I did experience some wicking which has brought some of the pet urine smell back, but it is much much less than before the service, and I was informed that this could happen in areas that were in the worse shape.
Tech was prompt polite and listened carefully. He worked quickly and quietly and our carpets feel like new.
