The end results were great! But before that, all 3 men here cleaning our ducts and carpet were professional and so efficient. The windows for both jobs to be started spanned from 8:00 - 1:00 and all jobs were completed by 10:30. We are pleased with the results and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family. Thank you!

I always have the best customer service and my carpets look amazing. I love that there is no residue left behind. Last time they were out for vomit in the carpet and I did not have high hopes it was going to come out and it looks amazing. They are very thorough and walk you through everything. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something that isn't needed. I've had Nate out to my house several times and he is amazing. I've always been so impressed with the quality of work from Zerorez and their customer service is wonderful.
I was very pleased. They called before arriving, were quick, explained what they were doing,
were friendly, protected my home from any possible damage (floors, corners, etc). Yes I'd recommend them. They told me when to have my ducts cleaned the next time.
