The tech was knowledgeable and offered different solutions at different price points for my needs without being pushy. He was friendly and professional and I was happy with the services he provided.

I had several contacts with the business to schedule & (on my end) to reschedule appointments to have the carpets in my house cleaned prior to it being put on the market to sell. All scheduling phone conversations were informative, courteous and personable. At the time of the service, the technician was similarly informative, courteous and personable. He also worked with us around product recommendations and was flexible about the estimated spaces that needed cleaning. It was an excellent experience all-around.
