I highly recommend ZeroRez. I am a realtor and have been using ZeroRez in my home for 5 years now and I recommend all of their services to my clients as well. They did an A+ job with a terribly stained antique rug and gave it a new life. We just had them out to clean the ducts in our new home, which appeared to have been rarely cleaned, and they got out 40 years of the previous owners' gunk from the ducts. They also got the floor tile sparkling again. Loved the job they did on an elderly client's beloved sofa as well. Thank you!
We had a really huge cat urine odor and the technician worked really hard on getting rid of the smell. He also took the time to explain the process and even looked over our old carpet cleaners to tell us what was good and what was not. We really appreciate the extra attention to detail.
