We used both the duct cleaning service as well as the carpet cleaning. All of the technicians we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, did not push products they thought were unnecessary, and were willing to answer all of our questions. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Employees who came to clean my furnace ducts were very honest and said their equipment does not do what needs to be done with my particular system (they were unable to access one of the furnace trunks) They could have cleaned anyway and charged me but instead they were upfront and recommended a company that could and I was not charged!

The cleaning process Zerorez uses is the most effective I’ve experienced through many years. We have a dog and a cat. The special treatment of pet stains is important for us. The carpets look, feel and smell clean. The staff are professional, helpful (especially moving furniture I can’t move) and friendly. I recently also had a large area rug cleaned and it looks like new. Thank you Zerorez for your service.

The Zerorez technician was incredibly knowledgeable about how to clean our carpeting and provided a detailed explanation of the best treatment options to remove the pet stains and odors.

Richard was fantastic! So helpful, honest and friendly!

Seth arrived during the scheduled time. He asked to be shown the areas needing cleaning, then proceed to pretreat the carpets. After he cleaned the areas the carpet looked new. We have had the areas cleaned by other companies but, never looked as clean and fresh. Thanks Seth.
