He kept us apprised of his arrival time and cleaned our carpets and stairs quickly and thoroughly. The mid-winter house smells are gone and the carpets exude freshness! Technicians were great! Very friendly to us and our dogs. After our furnace was having an issue post vent cleaning service, they stayed in communication and sent someone back the next day to check on the furnace. Great service beginning to end.

Mike and Cuavante arrived on time to shampoo a stairway and 2 carpet areas. They were both cordial while being very businesslike. I show them the 3 areas, pulled the hoses to
the respective areas got the job done. I used Zerorez for carpeting cleaning in 2019, again here
in 2022, and if needed later this year or next I call Zerorez again!
