The Zerorez crew picked up a very stained dining room carpet that had not been cleaned for many years. Based upon what the previous rug cleaning company told me, I was not expecting much. The crew returned a rug that looked like new - all the stains were gone - even those that the previous cleaning company could not remove. I highly recommend Zerorez and will not use any other company. I will also not wait so long to get it cleaned!
The techs that cleaned my carpet were nice, informative, and professional. They gave me opportunity to ask questions. The total cost for the job was a bit more than I was hoping to spend, but the carpets look nice.
