The technician, Raekwon, was very personable and friendly.
We couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome of the carpet cleaning recently completed! Our technician was helpful, efficient, and he reviewed the amount quoted to us, and he determined the quote was inaccurate. He recalculated the amount due, and we saved more than $60! That is great customer service! This is our 4th carpet cleaning with Zerorez, but it won't be our last!
