Your technicians are especially respectful of my property and get right to work. Results: I had cat urine on my carpet and it had to be re-treated to get the odor out. My only nit to pick is that the solution to clean cat urine is very costly.

We had our air ducts cleaned, the gentleman that were here were very respectful and very professional! We just had new hardwood floors put in they were very cautious with their equipment. I would highly recommend them it was a wonderful experience. The other thing I really appreciated was they let me know the different options I had but we’re not pushy and trying to sell them to me, they just let me know what was available and let me decide on what I felt we needed for our home

Josh was great to work with! He took time to explain everything and do a pre-clean walk through. He was so careful with getting enough hose to the far basement bedroom and protected our stair railing. At the end of the cleaning, Josh did another walk through with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. We have a 90 pound lab and it was so nice that Josh was comfortable around large dogs and even took a selfie with Wrigley before he left. Thanks Josh!

We've had Zerorez clean the carpets in our home in the past. We are very pleased with our clean carpets. Josh did great job cleaning the carpets in our home. And he was personable and knowledgable about his work.
