going through the rooms and hitting the spots first with a spray. The solution doesn't leave an unpleasant oder and the carpet is not "crunchy" after the cleaning.
The technician did a great job cleaning our carpets so they look like new and he got an old stain out that we thought we'd have to patch. So we were very happy with the results.

Josh from Zerorez cleaned our carpets last week. He inspected our carpet first to see the dirt marked areas that needed extra work. Our carpets are now cleaned and look great! Also, I want to add that Zerorez cleaned our carpets and (Mark) cleaned out our dryer vent at the price I was quoted by them over the phone. I will use Zerorez again. Jim
