Technician arrived when planned and the furniture was very clean afterward. However, it would have been nice if a drop cloth would have been used on the floor around the chairs and sofa as our hardwood floor had a lot of overspray residue of cleaning solution that had to be wiped up.

Our carpets are well over 20 years old, yet after being cleaned once a year by Zerorez, those 20 year old carpets always look "almost new" afterwards!! It is amazing!! The house "feels" different!!
