Dominic came last Friday and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, some of the stains didn't fully come out. I called again and Michael and Elijah came over to see if they could give it another go. Sadly, nothing else we can do. I want to let you know that all three guys were great! Friendly, funny, helpful, and made suggestions. Excellent employees for you!

Josh and Richie was professional and not pushy in trying to sell us extra services. Both were very detailed in their findings. Josh took the extra time and care in cleaning our carpets - our very first guy did not. So we were extremely impressed and thankful.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpet was very good at explaining what my options were, including cost. He then did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and showing me what areas were faded (dog urine) and recommended replacing the carpet. Not going to happen while I have older female dogs but appreciate this as one of the options. It looks fine to me.

As a nursing supervisor in a major clinic I know how important it is to complement or reward a good employee. Please, do something extra for Josh please. Again my carpet and stairs look Great
