Your customer service in advance of the appointment was very reassuring. Money is important -esp at this time of year - and I didn't know if I was counting the rooms/ coverage correctly. To the point where I was ready to cancel my appt.

I feel like the old carpet is renewed again. It smells great and looks so much better. Nathan was excellent about explaining the options and procedures. He took extra time on the worst areas, as well as cleaned yet linoleum on the way out.

The carpets, apholestry and area rugs look so much better! Its so nice to see the stains disappear and know everything is clean again! Plus it was a wintery day as scheduled and he did a great job sealing up the temporary door to keep the heat in.

The technicians who came to clean my vents were friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable with them in my home (which is not always the case). They explained what was being done and I rather enjoyed their light humor.

The person that came to do our carpets was great! He did such a great job explaining what he was going to do, thorough with the work, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our carpets have never looked better.
