I generally really like your products. This time, however, I was led astray when I was told your portable unit was as strong as your regular cleaning. I was preparing my house for sale and wanted the furniture marks raised. It did not happen. The men were as nice as could be. It was the appointment person that was less than knowledgeable.

Our carpets look wonderful, even the high traffic area that Sam cautioned us might not come back a whole lot. We even stained it earlier this week of 2/22 and most of the stain came out with water. We are pleased.

The amount of time it took to refresh our home was so minimal and enjoyable, we will definitely return to Zerorez and Sam.
