Technician did a great job removing stains and cleaning carpet. Showed up on time and was very professional. Unfortunately, some of the stains came back after the carpet dried :(

Andre was amazing. He was nice and honest. He worked hard. He got out a stain that I thought was permanent and suggested protective sealer that I wouldn't have normally added on. Only issue, was that we both over looked one stain that probably should have been pretreated. It ultimately will live under our sectional couch, so I am not too concerned with the stain.

I was very pleased. They called before arriving, were quick, explained what they were doing,
were friendly, protected my home from any possible damage (floors, corners, etc). Yes I'd recommend them. They told me when to have my ducts cleaned the next time.

The end results were great! But before that, all 3 men here cleaning our ducts and carpet were professional and so efficient. The windows for both jobs to be started spanned from 8:00 - 1:00 and all jobs were completed by 10:30. We are pleased with the results and will recommend Zerorez to friends and family. Thank you!
