Easy scheduling, efficient and fast
I appreciated the Thoroughness of technician and everything about the service. However, the service is expensive. I think we should not have to pay a minimum service fee if we only have ONE thing that needs a wash. I ended up paying 169 plus for 13 steps of stairs even though he actual cost would have been only $79 in the beginning. I had no other carpet in my house

Great service from the time I decided to go with Zerorez. They scheduled me in two days after giving them the go ahead, ( with one day being Thanksgiving!) The carpet was cleaned in a timely matter & took on a new carpet look, without a soapy rezadue left on the carpet.
