I have been using ZEROREZ for several years in my home. Since I have fostered dogs and love and indulge my own dogs -- I am crazy about keeping the carpeting clean and as fresh as possible. I had Josh B. at my home on 3/1/22 -- and he understood my needs, expectations and did a stellar job of cleaning all of the areas requested. I try to have my carpeting cleaned every 8 months. Two areas that were cleaned this time are scheduled to be replaced in a few months. Josh was also helpful in informing me about carpeting options for future cleaning requirements, wear and tear. And he informed me that ZEROREZ does have the opportunity of selling carpeting and area rugs. I appreciate this information -- but as I am loyal to ZEROREZ for my annual cleanings, I am also loyal to my wholesale flooring sales personnel.

The technician that came out to my home was charismatic and personable upon meeting him. Once I gave him the tour of what I wanted cleaned, he was knowledgeable in noticing that the previous owners of the home had a dog that they did not disclose in the listing and he recommend a pretreatment before cleaning so that there was no foul order that can happen due to dogs living there. I’m grateful that he recognized that and very happy with the results.
