The two gentlemen were very good at the job, my previous experience in May 2022 was so unfulfilled that I sent the technician down the road and did not engage the Zerorez service

The tech was very good . He explained what he was going to try and what would he hoped would occur. We had blood stains in several places and seemed to be ok when he left but now we are noticeing some places are pink . He did tell me this might happen. the carpet is 22 years old so am not sure what to do. A call back or e mail would be appreciated. Thank you
