The gentleman who performed the services was amazing. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. Honestly, he is an exceptional employee, and deserves a raise. That being said, the customer service rep with whom I scheduled appointment was less than impressive. He needed to speak with the supervisor at least two or three different times during our conversation because of the “rules“ in terms of scheduling. It was suggested I would have a timeframe of between 8 AM and 6 PM on a Saturday if I want to get an appointment anytime soon. It is ridiculous to expect the customer to block out 10 hours on a Saturday for a carpet cleaning… Honestly, I was changed to another carrier because of this…
