I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean. Technicians were prompt and friendly. They were thorough and kept me updated on what they were doing through out the duct cleaning process. Our carpet cleaner was great! He helped me move some of the light furniture and put it back with styrofoam blocks underneath. He also went through the house with a light looking for stains to treat. Our house is so clean after having both duct work and carpet done!
