John was courteous, professional and great at what he does, I can't believe how fantastic my carpets look! I have been sharing high praises to my friends. Also, this was a "rush" request and really appreciate the person who scheduled my appointment (Brandon? Brendon?) who took my last minute request, was very detail oriented and knew what something was needed (I love on a higher floor so had to bring portable).
