I have used Zerorez on a number of occasions. They always do a great job and are very professional. They suggest additional services without being pushy, which I appreciate. My only complaint in all our times we’ve used them is this last time, when cleaning upholstery, something got sprayed all over my windows, tables and walls. The technician said nothing about it and I didn’t see it until he was gone. I was able to get it off but I would have liked him to do it or at least tell me it happened.

I was happy with the carpet cleaning earlier this year and the two ‘duct cleaners’ seemed to do a good job too. They (Mark and Tye) seemed to work well together. Things were explained to me before they did the work and they seemed to do good work. My questions were answered and Mark told me some things I hadn’t thought about. When they were finished, he told me the ducts had a lot of dust in them but now they are clean and sanitized. Thank you.

The service techs were polite, did a great job of covering all the heat ducts and cold air returns and only opened the minimum to do the job keeping the house dust free. Protected any flooring from the large hoses.
