The service I received was very professional. He arrived at exactly the time scheduled, he was kind and considerate when explaining services provided and promptly went to work. The carpets and rugs were beautifully cleaned and look like new. The carpets are soft and there was no annoying odor at all. I am very happy with this carpet cleaning service.

The gentleman was on time and very professional. He assessed the areas to be cleaned and we discussed any concerns prior to him starting. We went about his work and then we discussed the outcome after. Great representation of your company and happy to have had him in our home.

This was the third time I have used Zerorez, Alex does a fast & thorough job. I had asked him if he did the area under the recliner & he said he hadn't, but he offered to do it. I said no because he had already taken out all of his equipment to the back of the house to do two other rooms, now I wish I'd taken him up on his offer as that area needed it. I used Resolve on it with minimal success.
