I had carpet installed. Nate came promptly for our scheduled appointment. He had samples ready for my viewing and answered questions about what carpet and padding would suit my home the best. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy or even make an immediate decision. He left his business card in case I had further questions. He promptly called when my carpet and installer were ready. Within a week or two the carpet was installed. The installer was very nice, prompt and very skilled in his work. Easy to get someone out. I don't want soaps and other residues in my carpet (they never can get fully out). With the water only I don't have to worry. I've seen some pretty bad stuff come out.
