My carpet was badly stained with cat urine. Rick went the extra mile working hard at trying to remove the cat urine stains that unfortunately didn’t come out. He then recommended carpet replacement would be my best option and informed me that it’s a service ZeroRez offers. I mentioned that I wanted laminated flooring and He informed me ZeroRez also offers laminate flooring. I’ll definitely being following up! He answered all my questions and gave me valuable feedback regarding caring for the carpet. I felt comfortable with the cleaning process having a new puppy and being concerned with the affects. I chose Zerorez for this reason, and knowing that no chemicals were used. I will definitely be calling Zerorez again.

House is almost totally clean! You did a good job but if you see a spot you can’t get out of carpet then you should try other things. I don’t appreciate paying a lot of money for you to not totally remove a stain
